            Build Version 2.0 - Release Notes

            ·      Phone Order (Delivery and Pickup).

            v  Now we can enable the  new phone order feature in our Linga app.

            v  Users can enable the required Order type for the iPad in operation screen under POS settings.

            v  Enabling "Required phone number for To Go and For Here Orders " will show customer profile popup to attach customer.

            v  Ask Customer name if phone number is not required this can be enabled  only if the above option is disabled.

            v  User can navigate to the Phone order screen by clicking the Delivery button in the Login screen

            v  Click add button in the Phone order screen will take the user to Order.

            v  User can select the order type in popup. (only enabled order type for the iPad)

            v  User have to select the existing customer or add customer to attach with sale.

            v  User can create the order and clicking Finish or payment with move the order to New tab in the Phone order screen.

            v  User can assign the driver for each order in the New tab.

            v  To clear the assigned driver from order, swipe the order in new tab and click clear.

            v  Select the driver and Click departure in the bottom will move the orders to Out tab.

            v  User can select the each order Out tab and click Arrival will close the order.

            ·      Order type Change

            v  Select the Order type before create.

            v  New order type are For Here, To Go and Delivery

            v  User can enable the required Order type for the iPad in operation screen under POS settings.

            v  It is applicable for QSR and Phone orders.

            v  If user disabled all the 3 options, user will not get the order type popup.

             

            ·      Bar tabs

            v  Most awaiting feature for Bar location in our Linga app.

            v  User can navigate to Bar screen by click Bar tab from Login screen.

            v  Clicking the new tab in Bar screen will take the user to order screen to create new bar sale.

            v  User can view all the bar tabs in the Bar tab screen and edit the same.

             

            ·      Givex Implementation.  (certification process pending)

            v  New Givex Implementation (Third Party Gift Card).

            v  Super admin have to setup the store MID and Password. (Benseron Admin).

            v  Above setting is available under Admin, account tab.

            v  Store admin have to enable Givex payment type in the BO.

            v  User can get Givex Activate / Recharge screen by Order Screen >  Option > Gift Card. > Select Givex Tab.

            v  Entering the card number will show the Balance of the card if is active.

            v  If is not active, User can activate the card by switch the suspend button.

            v  Enter the value Charge amount box to recharge the card.

            v  Clicking the Done button will take the user to order screen with Givex value.

            ·      Changing the existing Gift Card flow with New UI.(Required For Givex).

            v  Store admin have to enable Givex payment type in the BO.

            v  User can get Givex Activate / Recharge screen by Order Screen >  Option > Gift Card. > Select Givex Tab.

            v  Entering the card number will show the Balance of the card if is active.

            v  If is not active, User can activate the card by switch the suspend button.

            v  Enter the value Charge amount box to recharge the card.

            v Clicking the Done button will take the user to order screen with Givex value.MyBevo

             

            ·      Royalty Implementation.

            v  Now Linga User can avail Franchise Feature.

            v  It is only enterprises users.

            v  Account admin can set the Royalty in the BO by clicking Royalty / Franchies Tab.

            v  Enable the Royalty Switch for the particular store.

            v  Set the percentage to received (% in Net sale)

            v  Admin can view Report by clicking Report Tab.

             

            ·      Reports.

            v  Added new filter in the Transaction Report to select Tender Name or Tender Type.

            v  Fixed some critical bugs found by QA and customers.

             

            ·      Multi Store Menu  Management.

            v  Account can have more than a store.

            v  User can view the reports in Account Level.

            v  User can also view the reports in store level.

            v  Menu setting can be copy from one store to another store.

            v  Account admin have the access to copy  the menu settings.

            v  New tab Menu configuration tab introduced in Account admin page.

            v  User can select From and To Store.

            v  Click Copy my new menu configuration will copy the entire menu settings.
