LINGA POS:


  • Kitchen Print Name:
    • Kitchen Print Name is an alternate name used for Menu Items to show in Kitchen Print and Kitchen Display System.

  • Remove Customer:
    • Linga POS Application allows the user to remove the attached customer.

  • MagTek Payment Device:
    • MagTek edynamo Payment Device is integrated into the Linga POS Application.

  • Linga Voice Support:
    • Linga POS Application allows the Voice support feature while creating a sale.
    • Voice Support is also available for the Linga Customer Display Application

  • Modifier Print Routing:
    • Linga POS Application allows the user an option to route the printer separately for the modifiers.

  • Mix and Match – Least and Most Expensive:
    • Linga POS Application gives a new option for the user to provide discounts for the Least Expensive menu items and Most Expensive menu items.

  • Quantity Based Tax:
    • Linga POS Application provides the user with a new Tax feature for allowing the user to set Tax Percentage based on Quantity.

  • Show All Modifier based on BO Settings:
    • Linga POS Application gives a new option to show all the modifier based on back office settings.

  • HA Customer Account Number in credit card screen:
    • Linga POS Application now supports the user to show the House Account number of the attached customer in the credit card Screen.

  • Show Cash Tender in Receipt Print:
    • Linga POS Application shows the Tender amount paid in the Receipt Print.

  • Linga Customer Display:
    • Linga Customer Display Application has added the Voice Support.

  •  Video Tutorial in BackOffice:
    • Linga BackOffice has added a new feature of how to work with settings in the BackOffice with Video Tutorials.

  • Ipad name on the login screen next to the register number A00
    • Linga POS introduced a new feature to display the iPad name on the login screen adjacent to the register number.

  • Linga Royalty ACH
    • ‘Royalty ACH’ feature is added to the Linga Back Office.

  • Linga Modifier Group
    • Linga has introduced a new feature to set the priority in modifier group.

  • Other Enhancement
    • In iPad, Order list when different category of items is chosen, then Menu item focus is auto scrolled to the last selected item.
    • CDS get number text is now customizable. In Back office user change the display name as he required.
    • Even cash tip is not enabled in user management, non-cash tip will be shown in payroll report.
BUGS FIXED:
  • Back Office Issues:
    • Report Void by is showing wrong. Instead of
      manager
      , it is showing the
      user name
      .
    • iPad license showing incorrect registers (65k+) when
      plan
      is downgraded.
    • New store name characters are restricted to 25 Characters during sign up.
    • OT hrs calculated wrongly, if
      user
      didn't create "Over Time " in settings.
    • Many internal issues.

  • iPad issues:
    • Reopen Discount is missing.
    • Pound Currency Symbol in print.
    • Sync Device issue fixes.
    • While saving POS Settings, application blinks two times “Successfully Updated the POS Settings” pop up.
    • While clicking resend to the kitchen and print coursing,
      application
      is not showing “Upgrade your Plan” pop up.
    • Cashier out print in reports with 0.
    • Cashier
      was able to close
      day
      , even though did not have access. It was blocked on
      first
      screen, but not second screen (Till report screen).
    • Close Day screen email report option is disabled.
    • Phone order crashes.
    • Many internal issues.

  • Customer Issues:
    • Credit Card charge freezing up in iPad.
    • KDS reorder issue in iPad.
    • Open items get combined on printed check in iPad.
    • In
      back
      office, Givex amount is not showing in Enterprise sale report.
    • In
      back
      office, KPI dashboard email fix.
